We now (October 2025 - after many years of looking!) have a new Treasurer - thank you to Kim Mundy who has taken on that role.

We are also looking for a Certified Infant Massage Instructor to take on the Board Secretary role.  The secretary assists the Chair/Board with the organisation of papers, meetings and other duties to ensure smooth running of Board operation.  Minute-taking and distribution is the main task required.  So someone with concise and accurate note-taking skills is essential.  ​This is a Board role, so you would become an officer of the charity.

The Website Administrator is a fairly low-key role but we require someone to keep the website up-to-date with events and activities.  Also trouble-shooting technical issues is part of the job, so experience with website design and maintenance, and knowledge of programming language is helpful.
This is not a Board role, so you would not need to become an officer of the charity.

Another role is the Membership Administrator which involves processing Certified Instructors' renewals each year and liaising with the Treasurer (approx. 30 hours per year).  ​This is not a Board role, so you would not need to become an officer of the charity.
